We have been working hard to recover from some of the issues that we encountered right in the middle of our Q3 restructuring but things are finally back on track and W2 servers will be returning full force on 7/1/2011.
I would like to apologize for any downtime that any of our customers have experienced as a result of some of our provider issues. These outages are unfortunate and we have been working hard with our investors to gather the resources necessary to re-position ourselves in better locations with better upstream providers.
WeI would also like to take this time to thank all thecustomers that are sticking with us during these issues. To date, we have only received only a handful of cancellations. Your support and confidence in what we are trying to do is really inspiring and as we promised, we will be offering our existing customers a 6 month credit as a token of our appreciation. This will be reflected within your account area soon.
Any still down services will begin to return shortly and we will post additional information on what we have planned for the rest of the year closer to 7/1/2011.
